How will my order be impacted by the recent [ covid-19 ] outbreak ?
Your order will not necessarily be impacted but it depends on the unique situation of the products you ordered because of some countries policies
Will my shipment get delayed due to the [ covid -19 ]?
Shipping and logistic have gradually resumed in most of the countries , however deliveries may be delayed in some countries due to transportation restrictions . please consult with your local ports or shipping companies regarding the latest updates .
Should i be concerned of the risk of contracting the [ covid - 19 ] form a package or products hipping from Tanzania ?
According to the United State centres for disease control and prevention [ CDC ] there is no evidence to support the transmission of Covid-19 associated with imported goods.
Authorities are taking strict measures on this public health event and we are also paying close attention to the situation and will cooperate with relevant authorities when possible .

RETURNING AN ITEM
You can initiate a return within 5 days after delivery / collection for Eligible reasons:
Eligible reasons - wrong, damaged, defective, incomplete, wrong-size,
and counterfeit items can be returned (Ensure items are reported within the shortest time possible to facilitate an easy return process).
When returning an item, Ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging.
Perishable products are not eligible for return.
Get your refund faster when you drop off your return at the Farm Boksi drop off station
Orders delivered through offline Service will not be eligible for return.
